Sometimes we need to fill technical positions quickly. Perhaps a key person left the company, or the business is growing exponentially. It's possible to hire quality technical personnel in a short timespan if we're prepared. It takes focus and teamwork to keep candidates moving through the interview process in a timely manner. Join me in learning how I prepare for this situation and what my hiring process looks like.
