Enjoy iconic movies and learn what makes them stand out in cinema's canon. Each class will begin with a brief discussion of different themes in film making, followed by a screening of a film that exemplifies the themes discussed.

SESSION 2: THE SHINING
Experience a classic horror film and discover how Kubrick brings the Stephen King novel it's based on to life onscreen.1 Day • October 31 • 6:30-9:30 pm • $30.00
SESSION 3: WIZARD OF OZ
Follow the yellow brick road and discover how the ability to film in color changed the movie industry. In this class, you will enjoy learning how the world's first technicolor film brilliantly utilized different hues to expand its storytelling toolkit.1 Day • November 7 • 6:30-9:30 pm • $30.00
SESSION 4: NAPOLEON DYNAMITE
Enjoy an entertaining combination of witty writing and oddball characters right before the holidays. For this session, you will watch one of the most beloved comedies of the early 2000s.1 Day • November 14 • 6:30-9:30 pm • $30.00
