Eggshell's culinary style can be described as "global fusion”—healthy, rustic, fresh and often creative. A unique range of culinary twists are displayed by its namesake—the egg... with supporting roles from sides, salads, soups and sandwiches. Local and "glocal” sources (geographically-specific/artisinal) are the foundation for the quality ingredients weaving throughout its menu. A non-automatic espresso experience, siphon bar and Hario drip... paired with a palette of patisserie options, will further delight your senses. The atmospheric vibe is a culmination of unique vintage-industrialism, modernism and functionalism... blended in a warm, very "London loft-like” way. Open daily from 7am - 2pm, plus some early evening hours, for special Palladium and community events. Eggshell opens in November 2011.
