Indianapolis is the bustling capitol of Indiana as well as the county seat of Marion County which lies within Indiana. Indianapolis is the largest and most populous city within the state of Indiana and lies within the top 20 largest cities in the US. Indianapolis is a diversified city, with six different cultural districts within the city. There is a cultural trail scheduled to be built by the year 2011 which will connect all of the cultural districts. The cultural trail will be a navigable pedestrian and bike path with benches and lighting featuring places where bikes can be rented to ride throughout the path. Central to the city of Indianapolis is the Monument Circle which is a traffic circle upon which is built the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, which is built next to the Chase Tower, which is the tallest skyscraper in the city. Indianapolis attracts many college students due to the amount of universities located in Indiana. Some of the colleges in Indiana include Indiana Wesleyan University, Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, and The Art Institute of Indianapolis. In addition to being an attraction for students, Indianapolis is also a large center for music. Indianapolis has many music organizations, and is home to music festivals such as the Indy Jazz Festival.
