Bard Fest

Description

Bard Fest is a new theatre festival located in Indianapolis. Multiple Indiana theatre companies come together to present several Shakespeare plays at the IndyFringe Theatre downtown. Each year, Bard Fest hosts three full-length Shakespeare pieces - ranging from comedy to tragedy to rarely-produced. Additionally, the festival presents fun, short acts inspired by the bard that you can view between performances. For our third year, we're excited to bring the festival downtown to the IndyFringe Theatre. There, we'll utilize both theatre spaces and have the unique opportunity to host outside live performances! We hope to bring you a truly unique Shakespeare festival experience, tucked downtown for easy access. Bard Fest is here once again. And, to quote the Bard, "You shall see wonders!"
