At Healthplex, there are lots of fun ways to get healthy—basketball, swimming, indoor tennis, an indoor walking and running track, Pilates, strength and cardiovascular training and much more. We also offer a spa and massage therapy for your much needed relaxation. Excellent child care services will give parents peace-of-mind so they can work out while their kids have fun doing age-appropriate activities.
