Hoosier Brewing Company (HBC) is a craft brewery located in Shelby County Indiana, founded in July of 2014 We are HOMEGROWN, HARDCORE BREWERS & NATIVE HOOSIERS!!!! We built our Brewery with our own hands, from the ground up. If that is not enough to convince you we are serious about this beer business, we brew our beer with ingredients that are grown locally. Yup, it is tough to bring it all together but when we do, our beer is spectacular, and we think you will agree. Most breweries are making hop bombs, or eccentric brews, and we focus on quality of the ingredients. We know exactly where our grain comes from down to the very field that the barley was raised in, and the hop yard that grew our hops that we carefully place in our recipes. We are kindred spirits with the pioneers who are malting those grains and making them the very best malts you can buy. Each glass of Hooiser Ale, Hospitality IPA, Red Flyer or one of our others brews will show we care more about the malt and the hops we use. We hope you try each and decide which brew fits you best.
