A Michigan native, Julia moved to Indianapolis at the age of 6 and graduated from Carmel High School. After high school, Julia attended Indiana University in Indianapolis on a swimming scholarship and majored in Communications. Julia decided to follow her passion of real estate and started with investment properties & moving on to become a New Home Sales Assistant for a local home builder. After a couple of years Julia decided to become a licensed sales associate in 2005. After becoming licensed Julia was offered a position with a National Bulider and earned several awards of recognition including Top Sales Agent and closing out the Indianapolis division of the company. Julia was then excited about trying another avenue of real estate in the preexisting market by joining a well known name in the industry for 3 years & now with the World's Largest Real Estate Company, Keller Williams! Julia is now the mother to 3 young children, Aaliyah, Malik and Jayce, a puppy named Bailey and enjoys cycling & spending time with her family. Her years of experience in communicating, negotiating contracts and her love of helping others are a winning combination when it comes to helping you find your new home.
