Doris and Johnny Maples are the proud working owners of Flap Jacks along with their mentor Pete and Debora Avgerinos. The original Flap Jacks Pancake House was opened in 2002 just outside Indianapolis. There are 6 locations throughout central Indiana. We manage the 10th Street & Zionsville locations. The restaurant is known for its family atmosphere and excellent service! Doris makes sure of that since she's been part of the family business since she served her first customer at the age of 16. Don't even think that your coffee cup will get close to being empty or someone will drop off your food and never return...Doris will not allow it! Breakfast and lunch are served daily. The homemade top secret buttermilk pancakes with your choice of toppings is one of many best sellers. We also have a lunch menu that includes two great homemade soups made fresh daily. The menu for both breakfast and lunch are extensive and tasty. Not sure what our regulars are more excited to see...the daily special board or Doris's pretty smile!
