Professional Process Service

FLAT RATE $45 fee for Counties listed on our Service Area page. Please call for rates for additional counties.

We offer quality services to legal professionals as well as the general public in Central Indiana. We serve small claims, eviction notices, civil suits and more.

We make up to 8 attempts and will not charge you if there is no service. Prices include a notarized affidavit of service or a proof of service provided by the customer or court.

Once service is completed the notarized affidavit of service will be emailed to you and the original with be mailed. Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge.
