On Sunday, August 30, the best of Indiana's best will have a picturesque setting in White River State Park to showcase how much more than corn there is in Indiana. Chefs from around the state have again been invited to create recipes from Indiana produce and meats and to share tastes with the crowd who Digs-IN to this one-day event. Indiana wines and beers pair with the chef's creations, and educational discussion panels, cooking demonstrations, urban gardening exhibits, local chef Q&A sessions, and so much more complete the experience. Combining the best of what farmers markets have to offer, with the know-how of some great food minds, this event inspires the senses and educates the mind as it highlights Indiana's best and brightest agricultural and culinary experts. Join us for this celebration of Indiana (agri)culture, from farm to fork, noon to 5 p.m. in the White River State Park Celebration Plaza.
