Description
Our awesome instructors guide you through making your own blown glass ornaments! Do you have the hot air we need to make it happen with you? Come and join us for one of the best events in Indianapolis.
Event Details
All sessions will start by 5 minutes past the posted start of the class time, to keep from delaying our punctual attendees waiting and causing our instructors to get behind in our busy studio schedule.
Please check your GPS route on the day off for your best route to our game studio.
The main entrance is a single-man door beside a business named indy fused glass. Please follow the signage once you enter.
There is a silver sign above this door listing some of the businesses inside the city building. There is a ground-level parking lot directly across from this door. Gai@ccic is halfway between CenterPoint brewery and fowling warehouse.
To begin this workshop our instructors will guide you through studio safety, followed by a demonstration of the piece you will be making.
Then working one-on-one alongside an instructor, we will gather molten glass from the furnace, add colorants of your choosing, then shape and sculpt molten glass.
Your beautiful unique creation will have to cool down slowly and will be available to pick up a couple of days later.
The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with closed-toed shoes. No synthetic clothing.
If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio.
You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.
Flu/covid/rsv-you can play it safe to ensure the safety of our students and staff, please bring a face mask/covering with you for your lesson if you have any concerns.

We acknowledge that life events out of your control will happen, so if one should arise, please notify us at your earliest opportunity.
The following are the policies regarding canceling a reservation:
If you have booked class time through Eventbrite or the studio:
100% refund with 7 or more days’ notice
0% refunded with 6 or fewer days’ notice.
Private lesson
100% refund with a 7 or more days’ notice
0% refunded with 6 or fewer days’ notice
All refunds will be determined by the hot shop manager by these policies and exceptions may consider
